If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your order and we will gladly offer a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Before sending back your order, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied:
- The product(s) you return must be returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged and complete of all its parts and accessories
- Contact lens boxes must be unopened and in original condition
- Shipping costs associated with the original order will not be refunded
- Shipping the returned product(s) is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that products are not damaged in transit as products are inspected on arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of products for return if the aforesaid conditions are not satisfied and/or if the products are found to have been damaged and not in the original condition. If the item returned does not meet our Returns Policy above your order will be sent back to you.
